18 year old female who apparently jumped off a 6 foot wall. She then realized that after not experiencing a menstrual cycle for 5 months, she ‘might’ be pregnant…..SMH.
Of course her pregnancy test came back positive.
Then she informed me that she had been drinking and smoking her way……straight through this pregnancy……
Of course this is a patient who does not know the meaning of the word prenatal care………
