We work long hours, we are expected to go home and read, never stop learning.
We have obligations to family and friends.
First and foremost however is our obligation to ourselves to keep healthy….all the time.
We can’t expect to reprimand our non-compliant with their medications/diet patients and we don’t do the same.
Get that workout in somewhere!
I like to squeeze in some weights early in the am, maybe some yoga also, then cardiovascular exercise somewhere during the day……
You will feel rejuvenated after sleeping and ready to start the day refreshed…:):)
